She founded Friends of the Deaf international Foundation (FDF) after the demise of her late Deaf younger sister. Olushola Shenkoya who died as a result of communication breach at the hospital when diagnosed of typhoid. This therefore necessitated FDF with the vision of promoting sign language to bridge communication gap for the Deaf people, Promote Educational rights of deaf Children and promoting inclusion of all persons living with disabilities (PWDs) through educational programs as contained in Sustainable Development Goal  number 10 and 4.
